Commision Guidelines

Right to Decline

I reserve the right to decline any commissions or request that falls outside my capabilities or comfort level.

Respectful Conduct

No rude, disrespectful, or aggressive behavior. I reserve the right to refuse service under such circumstances.

Client Concept

Client must provide a drawing (quick sketch) or gather artwork and discuss with me to show as a reference point of what the client would like as a figure. No 1:1 recreations of other artist's work in 3D form without permission.

Use of Third-Party Artwork

No commissions may be based off of another artist's work unless the client has obtained and can provide proof of permission from the original creator.

File Usage Restrictions

Do NOT modify, reuse parts of, or redistribute the STL file, whether for personal or commercial purposes, without my written permission.

Liability Disclaimer

All files delivered are tested myself in my own 3D Printer, and assembled as a figure, before being sent as an STL to the client. I am not liable for any issues from use, 3D printing, or functionality of the STL file after delivery.For Garage Kits, the material will be made of Polyurethane Resin and they will be test assembled before being packed for shipping to protect the model. If upon arrival the model is damaged, immediately provide proof of damage, and upon receiving payment for shipping I will ship to you the piece(s) that was damaged.

Promotional Rights

Unless explicitly requested otherwise, I retain the right to display the sculpt in my portfolio or share it on social media platforms for promotional use.

Pricing

Deliverables

*Default Marble BG will be used unless specified for a specific BG.ฅ՞•ﻌ•՞ฅ | If commissioning a Garage Kit for painting, a single frame render & turntable render will be sent and a Garage Kit ready to be painted by the client will be sent. A mailing address must be submitted upon final payment.

Payment

ฅ՞•ﻌ•՞ฅ | A 50% deposit payment is required once the agreed concept is finalized by the client. The remaining 50% is due upon completion.ฅ՞•ﻌ•՞ฅ | All prices are in USD. Payments are accepted via Zelle request or Paypal invoice.

Timeline

ฅ՞•ﻌ•՞ฅ | No rush work. Please expect a turnaround of 4-5 weeks or more, depending on current workload and model complexity.

Revisions

ฅ՞•ﻌ•՞ฅ | Minor revisions (small tweaks) are allowed within reason.ฅ՞•ﻌ•՞ฅ | Major revisions (pose changes, hair rework, structural edits, extra cut and key dowels for 3d printing, features outside the agreed concept) will incur additional charges.

Cancellation

ฅ՞•ﻌ•՞ฅ | The 50% deposit is non-refundable once the project has reached at least 20% completion (e.g., model posed, blockout of figure done.)ฅ՞•ﻌ•՞ฅ | The deposit is refundable only if the project has not yet started, or if I initiate the cancellation.

Ownership

SEMI EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS1.25x Commission Priceฅ՞•ﻌ•՞ฅ | I retain ownership of the STL files and after 6 months may sell the STL files in my store.
